Eureka, a cookbook by Michelin-starred chef Andreas Antona, featuring 80 recipes from starters, main dishes and desserts to staples and basics.

Andreas developed the idea for Eureka during lockdown when he launched at home meals to support his staff and keep his customers happy. The book features recipes that appeared in the Antona at Home meal boxes and are aimed at the home cook, featuring accessible ingredients and easy to follow methods.

Andreas' favourite is inspired by his Greek heritage: Lamb Kleftiko, Aromatic Cous Cous, Pomegranate, Pine Nuts, Mint, Parsley and Tenderstem Broccoli, whilst other dishes reflect Simpsons' much loved vegan menu such as Roasted Cauliflower, Miso, Black Garlic, Raisins and Toasted Quinoa.
