Working with the new owners of the Estate, Tony oversaw the development of not only the cuisine, but the entire experience in The Tudor Room with his signature flair. This led to both the rebranding of the dining room to ‘Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room’ and the acquisition of a Michelin star, in a record-breaking 4 months.
