Simon Bonwick has been a chef for more than 36 years. He worked his way up through the ranks of traditional hotels and

After that, he cooked in private service and pubs. This is Simon’s first cookery book.
His cooking has won international, critical acclaim and has won a host of awards including a Michelin Star, Michelin Bib Gourmands, AA Rosettes, rankings in the Good Food Guide and the Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year. He has won the Michelin Guide Welcome and Service Award, a Square Meal Star and the UK Game Master 2009.
Simon has been married to Deborah for more than 30 years and together they have nine children. They live in Marlow,
Buckinghamshire, with no pets. Cooking In Pubs is a book not just about food; it is about art, dreams, love and living out a dream.
